Elizabeth is a solicitor in Aitken Whyte Lawyers’ Gold Coast criminal law, traffic and drink driving practice. Elizabeth has experience across all state courts, from simple matters in the Magistrates’ Court to complex matters in the District and Supreme Courts.
Elizabeth has an interest in all areas of criminal law and has a complete understanding of social justice issues and the effect upbringing, addiction and mental illness can have on her clients.
Elizabeth is approachable, considerate and always strives to ensure that the needs of her clients are met and ensuring effective solutions are obtained for her clients. For those that have limited experience in legal proceedings and dealing with solicitors, Elizabeth is able to describe the Court process in simple terms to give her clients some comfort and an understanding of their proceedings and what they can expect to face.
She appears in Courts throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland most mornings and is best contactable in the afternoon. She completed a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology.
Elizabeth is admitted as a legal practitioner to the Supreme Court of Queensland.
