Helena Meyers-Nicolas has joined Aitken Whyte Lawyers Gold Coast as a Junior Solicitor primarily in the firm’s civil litigation, dispute resolution and commercial practice.
Helena has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation having previously worked for a number of years with a barrister. Helena has litigation experience across all jurisdictions including in the Magistrates, District, Supreme, Federal Circuit Courts and Federal Court.
Helena has a passion for commercial litigation including but not limited to, insolvency disputes, winding up applications, contractual disputes and IP matters. She is diligent and focused on providing clients with accurate legal advice so they can make the right decisions in their matters.
Helena has recently graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honours) and the Queensland University of Technology with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Helena is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court as a Solicitor.
